Theater Schmeater announces 2012 Season and celebrates our 20th season!

Proving that most of our problems are caused by other people's kids, Cradle and All by Daniel Goldfarb is a sleek urban comedy about two couples' different reactions to a crying baby.

Theater Schmeater is pleased to announce the opening of Reckless, by Craig Lucas on November 18th. Offered on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m., Reckless will run through December 17th. Featuring Alyssa Keene as Rachel, Reckless is the final production of Theater Schmeater’s 2011 season. Rachel is the perfect American housewife, leading the perfect American middle class life. On a perfect Christmas Eve, in the quiet time between getting the children in bed and laying out Santa’s bounty, Rachel’s husband informs her that he has contracted a hit man to whack her. Fleeing for her life in shock and disbelief, Rachel sets out on a life-long odyssey of discovery and self realization that dissects the strata of Americana.
