Originally titled Peter and Jerry in its New York Premiere, At Home at the Zoo includes a new version of Edward Albee's classic A Zoo Story, paired with a new prequel about Peter's day at home before he heads to Central Park. In the new first half, Peter and his wife consider their marriage, their lives, their children and their parakeets. And in the familiar classic A Zoo Story, now Act II of the combined evening, Peter meets Jerry and his life changes forever.
