Design Mission Statement:
Understanding that today's audience demands a more stimulating experience from live theater we must push ourselves as designers. Instead of separating the audience from the performance we should approach each production with the purpose to blur that division. By transforming the whole environment, through the use of lights, sound, costume and set design, we can provide a more stimulating and engaging experience for the audience member. As a designer working at Theater Schmeater we expect that you challenge yourself to create a design that will help us fulfill this mission.
